Properties in the Long Beach Portfolio were completely renovated in a four-year, $60 million effort that began in 2004.

As part of this process, interiors were restored with new paint, doors, windows, floor coverings, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen appliances. As needed, the common areas of each complex were rebuilt with new walkways, seating areas, planters, lighting, security fencing, electronic access gates and garage doors. 

Completed in 2008, the properties in the Long Beach Portfolio were restored to 'as new' condition.
