Renovation of the Long Beach Portfolio was made possible by a complex financing plan and the cooperation of several organizations.  Tax exempt bonds issued by the City of Long Beach provided funding for the acquisition of the properties.  Loans from the City of Long Beach and its affiliate, Long Beach Housing Development Co., partially funded the renovation.  An equity investment and permanent mortgage provided by Centerline Capital Group completed the financing requirements.  The development also utilizes federal low income housing tax credits.

The Long Beach Portfolio of properties was developed by the Decro Group and Veloce Partners, Inc.
